POLYMER EQUIPMENT CALIBRATION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES

• Southern Analytical is ISO 9001 certified by SAI GLOBAL to provide on-site calibration, certification, and service work for a variety of polymer lab equipment, including presses, ovens, film lines, static and dynamic testers, rheometers and melt indexers, molders, HDT/Vicat, and many other items.

 

• We offer annual preventative maintenance (PM) services and contracts, in addition to on-demand PM and repair services. As a member of ASTM, we are familiar with the latest standards and requirements for testing procedures of these devices. We maintain a full complement of NIST traceable standards, as a commitment to providing our customers with top quality calibration services.

 

 

 

 

 

GENERAL ANALYZER INTEGRATION SERVICES

• Southern Analytical provides a variety of analyzer integration services for select analyzer vendors. Analyzers can be packaged in wall mount, rack mount, free-standing, or 3-sided shelters as needed. Sample conditioning can be supplied as required by the application. Design services including Autocad drawings, installation assistance, startup, and training can be supplied, according to project requirements. SAI is competitive in small to medium size projects, which would not generally be of interest to larger integrators.
